Designed with all levels in mind, this sequence was actually inspired and requested by my parents! After years of me practicing yoga, they’re seen the positive effects its had on my life, especially for clearing my mind and lowering anxiety.
I’m now sharing the practice of yoga with you, using postures I have found to be useful and effective in my own life and practice. This particular 15-minute flow is created to clear your mind, free tight places within your body, and reverse the blood flow after a long day of being on your feet.
If you don’t have any yoga props, no worries! Get resourceful, using a pillow and a rug. You really can practice yoga anywhere, any time.
Take this one with you when you’re on the road traveling too. Sleeping in hotel rooms and traveling to different time zones can throw off your natural sleep patterns easily. This yoga sequence will help you stay on track.
