05 May PODCAST: Nature VS Science: When It Comes To Skincare, Which One’s Better?
Nature VS Science – With Skincare and Anti-Aging, Which Is Better? with Skintour.com, MadisonMD Skincare and Madison Skin & Laser Center Founder, Brandith Irwin, MD
The debate between holistic and natural approaches towards skincare and anti-aging (or the prevention of) and the scientific or surgical route. We’ve been programed to think that anything that isn’t plant-derived is “toxic” or bad for our skin and chemical. Not the case. And, when it comes to surgery, we’ve been trained to think it’s the “fix” or (on the opposite spectrum) bad and to be avoided.
For my travelers, there’s some tips on how to care for your skin and a routine to try when flying to keep your skin at ease. Tune in to hear what MD and dermatologist, Brandith Irwin, MD has to share from her years of expertise, experience and studies that bridge the the nature vs science route for a recommended safe and effective route.
Madison MD’s Mission: Pushing dermatology to focus more on preventive care and not just treatment of problems after they occur.
