    Question to why looking forward and not down? My head wants to look down.

      Hey Cody,

      Great question! Like driving, in crow pose, you want to look in the direction you want to “steer” your weight. In this posture, you want to transition the weight forward allowing the spine to extend. This also prevents you from doing a summersault or toppling forward 🙂 Hope that helps!
