Whether you follow the markets or not, you are most likely a consumer. So, you know, inflation is up, markets are down, and prices are out of control. Housing is in short supply. Here are some inflation and recession-proof assets to help you stay calm.
1: INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH
First and foremost, consider your health. Yes, I intend to go there. You have complete control over your health. How well are you looking after all those different aspects of your health? Now is an excellent time to focus on improving your health habits.
It can be as simple as establishing a daily routine of going to bed and waking up simultaneously to move your body for at least 30 minutes. Perhaps it’s going for a walk outside or watching one of the videos linked here while also taking in some good. Nourishment entails cutting back on some of the fake foods and incorporating more alive foods into your meals.
2: INVEST IN YOUR MINDSET
The following one is about your mindset. Okay, this kind of goes along with not freaking out. However, if you can control your mindset or at the very least learn integer and those little rummaging monkeys and thoughts that take off, it can be a huge help when you want to freak out. And, to be honest, I’ve been there a couple of times because cash is extremely scarce in the markets right now.
Or, perhaps you also suffered a significant loss. Now is a good time to ask, “How can I learn to control my mindset so that I don’t act on emotion, which is causing a large portion of the show we’re in right now?” Because we make some of the worst decisions and have the most regrets when we live in an emotional state rather than thinking logically. In your mind, the two do not operate concurrently.

3: INVEST IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Now, let’s talk about your relationships. We are aware of the negative relationships and begin to attract more positive ones. Whatever is going on in the world, the recession can be a good opportunity to strengthen bonds with those who have done you good and well in your life. So strengthen those relationships or let some go because if it’s not adding to your life, it’s certainly taking it away. On that note, the following one is about your skillset. Whatever happens in life, whatever happens in the world, they will never be able to take something away from you or your skillset.

Moving on, what kinds of skills can you acquire? Learn something new, learn to code, learn about blockchain, learn about crypto, learn about web three, learn about a new art form, learn yoga, learn to eat better, or any of the other things we discussed earlier that you can add to your skillset so that when things pick up, you can say, “I know how to do this.” Maybe you learn to launch podcasts, start writing a blog, or plan out your next screenplay. Speaking from personal experience, what skills can you learn right now that will benefit you for the rest of your life? Because regardless of what happens, regardless of what the market reflects, regardless of any of the recessions, ups and downs because it’s cyclical, and this happens, but it doesn’t have to be cyclical in your health, mindset, mindset, relationships, and skill set.
