Middle seats happen: do THIS 5 Minute Breathing Exercise to overcome those stressful travel moments.
▶️ Close your eyes, you can be standing or seated.
▶️ Take a few natural rounds of breathing, in and out.
▶️ Begin a count of:
- INHALE to 4
- HOLD for 4, and
- EXHALE to 4
Repeat as many times as you need to.
