3 Minute Yoga Flow & 1 Hour in Philly Airport

3 Minute Yoga Flow during my 1 hour layover in Philly (PHL) Airport.

Who said layovers have to be a waste a time? Make the most of it, to refuel and replenish your body for the remainder of your travel ahead.

Filmed during a recent trip flying American Airlines from Bradley International Airpot (BDL) in Connecticut, stopping over in Philly (PHL) and onward to my home base in Miami. This 3 minute yoga flow is a great way to stretch your spine, open your hips and re-energize your body before, between and after any air travel.

A list of the poses are below, to follow along, or just watch the video for the full experience (featuring audio guiding you through the postures).
