Filmed during a recent trip flying American Airlines from Bradley International Airpot (BDL) in Connecticut, stopping over in Philly (PHL) and onward to my home base in Miami. This 3 minute yoga flow is a great way to stretch your spine, open your hips and re-energize your body before, between and after any air travel.
