29 Sep 18 Years Cancer Free Anniversary
Reflecting back on the years and what continues to give me the motivation to go for it.
18 Years, Warriors! What a life, I get teary-eyed writing this because even though I’ve been dealt some tough cards, I wouldn’t choose my life to be any other way.
The last few years have been incredibly challenging, and in the deepest, darkest moments I remembered how much I’ve already overcome, and that this part I was working though would only be another chapter I would triumph and later thrive from.
CANCERS COME IN MANY FORMS
You see, Cancers come in many forms, as I share in my book, and I’ve spent the last few years weeding additional ones out, including people. It’s a continuous process!
But today, I mean… f*k! How amazing life is! To feel, dream, create, see, reflect, transform, and take it all in for the ride!
STOP B*TCHIN’ — START DOIN’
If there’s some thing you’ve been putting off trying, or wanting to change in your life — sure, it might hard as sh*t but if not now, when?! Stop b*tchin about things that won’t matter 5 years from now, picking small fights to sound smart, or hold anger (or fear) because of ego. And some ego is needed to survive in this world! But too much, and you’re doing your own self harm.

IT’S THE ONE LIFE YOU’VE GOT
Do the self work, get some help, put in the effort, make the schedule, ditch the bottles, sit in some therapy chairs, work that stuff out ASAP. Why? Why not?! It’s the one life you’ve got, LIVE IT UP!
