CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE YOGA

Looking to learn something specific about yoga? Or, do you prefer to practice in a smaller setting? I’m available for private or small group classes. Prices vary based on number of participants and location.

ONE-ON-ONE LESSONS

Whether you’re new to yoga, are working with a specific injury, or want to focus on alignment or a set of postures that are often difficult to break down in a classroom setting, a one-on-one session can kick-start your yoga practice and help zero in on your targeted goals.

With one-on-one yoga sessions, I will work with your schedule and personal needs to help you achieve your individualized goals, with customized music and direct hands-on assisting to ensure proper alignment. Sessions can be held in the comfort and convenience of your own home, or we can find a mutual studio space to meet.

SMALL GROUP

Fitness is always more fun with a friend! Duet or small group (up to 6) sessions are a fun, affordable way to personalize your practice, while still getting more individualized attention than in a classroom setting. Motivate each other to enjoy and laugh through your practice. De-stress and enjoy some social time, with specialized attention to your group needs.

Preparing for an upcoming race? Or looking for a healthy alternative for a bachelorette or pre-wedding party? Are you creating a wellness-themed event for your company and looking to incorporate yoga?

De-stress and clear your mind with some yoga! Create an afternoon of wellness, with an hour of yoga followed by some healthy, tasty snacks held within your own home with you and some of your best friends. The ideas are endless! Learn the tips of the Miami lifestyle to stay young, beautiful, and fit—the Live Free fun, healthy way! We’ll meet in my private studio space for a de-stressing meditation, followed by a detoxifying private yoga practice. After, join me in my kitchen to learn my tricks of creating and prepping a slimming and nourishing post-exercise dish. Beautiful and well-being start from the inside, out, including physical activity and with what we eat! Leave feeling educated, revived, and energized for the rest of your day in Miami, wherever the sun, sand, bikinis and beach may take you!

My private studio and kitchen space is located within my own home, so you’re invited! Look for landmark hotels like “The Edition Hotel” around the corner, and “The Freehand” which is right across the street. Parking can be available for one car, with notice, or just Uber or walk!

WHAT WILL I GET FROM THIS EXPERIENCE? 

 

The beauty of attending an experience like the Live Free Day (re)treat is that it’s like a mini version of a retreat! So, think of it like a cruise ship, offering you stops in a location to sample and test out the area. If you love one of the stops, you can go back for longer! If you love this mini experience, join a full length retreat when you’re ready. And, some times, all you need is a half day to feel restored! 

GROUP YOGA CLASSES

If you like a yoga challenge, and dislike routine, Sara’s class is for you! Moving fluidly from pose to pose, with a focus on the breath, enjoy a healthy dose of creative transitions, challenging movement, intelligent sequencing, laughter and play.

LIVE FREE FLOW YOGA

This class puts an emphasis on building strength, increasing range of motion and flowing gracefully through transitions. Creative and challenging sequencing is the theme of my classes. Expect a healthy dose of standing poses, arm balances, twists, and inversions along with a strong connection to your breath and core, creating a full-body conditioning class. Accessible to all levels and anyone with an open-mind, be prepared to move, sweat, laugh and play in new and inspired ways!

LIVE FREE YOGA STRONG

This class puts an emphasis on building strength, increasing range of motion and flowing gracefully through transitions. Creative and challenging sequencing is the theme of the class. Expect a healthy dose of standing poses, arm balances, twists, and/or inversions along with a strong connection to your breath and core, creating a full-body conditioning class using the occasional prop. Accessible to all levels, challenging both the novice and experienced practitioner, be prepared to move, sweat, laugh and play in new and inspired ways!

LIVE FREE YOGA STRETCH

This class puts an emphasis on building strength, increasing range of motion and flowing gracefully through transitions. Creative and challenging sequencing is the theme of my classes. Expect a healthy dose of standing poses, arm balances, twists, and inversions along with a strong connection to your breath and core, creating a full-body conditioning class. Accessible to all levels and anyone with an open-mind, be prepared to move, sweat, laugh and play in new and inspired ways!
