Join Sara for a 5-day exploratory, relaxing and educational yoga retreat focused on learning to live with purpose and passion, developing safe asana alignment, nutritional guidance and cooking tips, and connecting with nature and play.
As an intimate group of like-minded “Live Free Warriors,” collectively we’ll experience the healing benefits of yoga, meditation, self-exploration and introspection, and balance with exploration of this vast, rugged, and blissful paradise island of Aruba.
Named “One Happy Island” Aruba is truly a special destination, with the most sunny days in all of the Caribbean islands, no hurricanes, near perfect weather, and some of the kindest, happiest inhabitants, whom are grateful to share their island with you during your stay. There are plenty of activities to explore for the adventuresome souls, and endless beaches for those seeking solace and peace.
Sara has personally visited this island on more than one occasion, and would be happy to help with any requests or inquiries you may have prior to and during your stay.
RETREAT HIGHLIGHTS //
What makes this retreat different? Think: community vibes, collaborative cooking lessons and self-prepared meals (don’t worry, you do not need to have cooking skills to take part!), small group accommodations for personalized attention during your yoga practice, an ease and support of only 7 to 8 people, luxury accommodations with every amenity and more from home, the options to explore as much of the island as you please, or remain chill and relaxed pool or beachside with a book. On this trip, alcohol will not be provided, encouraging an open- and clear-minded approach towards living free and disconnecting.
Furthermore, it’s affordable. Priced fairly lower than majority of the Aruba retreats offered at the more expensive hotels, the Live Free Warrior experience is to offer traveling well while spending less. You will leave this retreat feeling educated, experienced, supported, connected, restored, and rich in heart, mind and bank.
A note from Sara: This retreat is an investment to your self, and will leave your mind, body and soul filled with connection, passion, purpose and knowledge—which is priceless. I stand behind providing you quality experiences, accommodations, yoga teachings, excursions, wellness and nutritional content, while keeping it all within an affordable price range for the savvy traveler.
